Juyeoun Hong

Juyeoun Honghas worked in advocating refugees/asylum seekers for four years and earned a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution,the Department of Government,and a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies, the School of Foreign Service,fromGeorgetown University in Washington D.C, U.S. She was a recipient of Korean Government Scholarship for Overseas Studies for the entire M.A program at Georgetown University. Ms. Hong also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Interpretation and Translation with a Minor in International Trade from GeumgangUniversity in South Korea.
At Garfield Law Group, her main responsibility is to conduct political, economic, and societal background research and to prepare extensive indexes and evidence to support legal arguments for various immigration cases, including hardship waivers and refugee/asylum applications for relief and removal proceedings. Her regional focus is the MENA regions and Asia.
